The Vagina Episode - Dr. Gretchen Frey Interview Part 1

Episode 3

My first interview is with Dr. Gretchen Frey an OB/GYN with a specialty in sexual health and hormone therapy.  We had so much great content we split our convo into 2 parts.

My first interview is with Dr. Gretchen Frey www.gretchenfreymd.com an OB/GYN with a specialty in sexual health and hormone therapy.  Dr. Frey and I have worked together through the years and I love her balanced approach and willingness to embrace integrative care for the benefit of the patient.  We had so much great content we split our convo into 2 parts.
In part 1, we dive into vaginal dryness, libido, treating painful penetrative intercourse and more.   In my experience concerns with vaginal/vulvar symptoms top the list of fears around aging - so please listen because treatment options are available and work extremely well!

My Guest:

Dr. Gretchen Frey
I was born in the Chicago suburbs and moved to northern Colorado just before high school. I attended Colorado State University and then the University of Colorado School of Medicine, followed by residency in OB/GYN which was also with the CU program.

I began my obstetrics and gynecology practice in Littleton, CO in 1989.  I gradually became more interested in integrative medicine, which I utilized during the following years in solo and later group OBGYN practice settings. I practiced office-only gynecology from 2010 until 2019, and I am now retired from clinical practice.
