Whole Person Healthcare for Women and Children

The Right doctor makes all the difference

Guiding Women and Children Toward Better Health

Figuring out your health can be overwhelming — from providers who rush through appointments to influencers trying to sell you their products. It’s easy to feel alone and like you have to figure it all out yourself. Having an experienced doctor who truly understands you, stays on top of the latest research, and remains grounded in traditional wisdom is a game-changer.

As a naturopathic doctor, I work alongside my patients to find the best approach to achieving their health goals — even when they feel like they’ve “tried everything,” when their “labs are normal,” and when they’re still searching for answers. Finding the right path to wellness can be confusing, but it doesn’t have to be.

Naturopathic medicine can make all the difference.

What Is Naturopathic Medicine?

Naturopathic medicine blends modern science with the healing power of nature. Naturopathic doctors are medically trained and registered in Colorado to diagnose and treat patients using comprehensive, natural and evidence-based approaches that combine the best of modern innovation and traditional wisdom.

Rooted in the belief that the body has an innate ability to heal, naturopathic care focuses on finding the underlying cause, restoring balance, and supporting long-term wellness — not just managing symptoms.

Women’s preventive health care through naturopathic medicine

FOR WOMEN:

I support women through every stage of the hormonal life cycle — from puberty to menopause. Too often, symptoms like postpartum or perimenopausal changes are dismissed as “normal.” Often. women are offered birth control or mood medications before there is a complete evaluation of root cause concerns.

While medication can help, it can also mask issues such as nutrient deficiencies or hormonal imbalances. Through deep listening, comprehensive lab testing, and 20+ years of clinical experience, I create personalized treatment plans that help women feel their best throughout their life cycle.

Heavy or painful periods, irregular cycles, PCOS, infertility, PMS/PMDD, postpartum depression, acne, hair loss, low libido, fatigue, perimenopause and menopause — these conditions and more respond well to a naturopathic approach.

FOR FAMILIES:

Naturopathic medicine is a great fit for children. With a long tradition of safe and effective treatments, we address common concerns like reflux, constipation, IBS, frequent illness and skin issues with a gentle approach that supports balance from the inside out. I take a detailed look at factors like food, sleep, and stress. When needed, I use lab testing to uncover underlying concerns.

I also help families focused on prevention — building healthy foundations through nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle support. While I don’t provide primary care, I collaborate with pediatricians to create a balanced, evidence-based approach that helps kids thrive.

FOR Digestive Disorders:

One of my areas of expertise is Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders — IBS, reflux, bloating, constipation and chronic digestive discomfort all respond remarkably well to a naturopathic approach.  From SIBO to histamine intolerance, I have a particular knack for tough GI cases. I use in-depth evaluation, specialized testing and personalized naturopathic care to restore healthy digestion. My goal is to help you understand what’s driving your symptoms and create lasting, meaningful change in how you feel - without staying on restrictive diets or complicated protocols.

FOR WOMEN ATHLETES:

Whether you’re training for an endurance race, hiking Colorado’s 14ers, or simply want to feel stronger and more energized - moving well is a core component of health. I support active women and athletes with personalized guidance around nutrition, recovery, hormone balance, and injury prevention. My holistic approach helps optimize enjoyment, resilience, and long-term performance — rather than pushing through boredom, pain and burnout. The goal is sustainable strength that supports your goals, your sports, your hobbies and your everyday life.
